Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49 (l) (a) (i) read together with Section 78 (1) and (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004), hereinafter referred to as the "Act", that the Ndlambe Local Municipality's Supplementary Valuation Roll for the period 1July 2009 to 30 June 2013 will be open for public inspection at designated municipal venues from 11th March 2010 to 11th April 2010 between 8:00 to 16:00 during week days. Valuation Rolls and Objection Forms can be downloaded from the Documents menu on the left.

Notice is hereby given in terms of the section 215(3) of the Constitution (Act 108 of 1996) of the local Government t Management Act (32 of 2000), the draft operating and capital budget 2010/2011 will be available for public comments for the period 12th April 2010 to 2nd May 2010 at the Libraries and Municipal Offices within Ndlambe Municipality area.

Notice is hereby given that the Ndlambe Municipal Council is in a process of amending its Water and Sanitation Services By-laws and Customer Care Revenue Management By-laws.

Notice is hereby given in terms of the following rates, due and payable on 01 July 2009 have been made and levied on all rateable property in the area of jurisdiction on Ndlambe Municipality.
